Refund policy

Returns
We hope our products meet your expectations because a lot of love and thought has been put into designing everything that MOMO + BUBS retails. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a 30 day return policy for full-priced items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, so the amount refunded will exclude any shipping costs that you paid for. If you received free shipping on your purchase, then this does not apply, and you will receive the full refund if all other conditions of our policy are met.

We do not offer returns for sale items.

How do I go about returning my item?
1. Please send us an email at hello@momoandbubs.com with the following details:
(i) your order number
(ii) the item(s) you would like to return
(iii) your reason for returning the item(s)

2. Please wait for a response before proceeding. We will respond within 5 working days.

3. Once we have responded, please send the item back to 8 Cairnhill Circle, #08-12, Singapore 229814 via registered mail or make arrangements to drop it off. Please send us the tracking number once you have mailed it out.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Once we receive the item and verified that it is in the original condition, we will provide you with a refund.

We do not offer exchanges at this point. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, then you will need to return the item per the policy details above, and place a new order for the item that you would like to purchase.
